Return and Exchange Terms

In order to ensure that you have a pleasant experience during the purchase process, the following return and exchange policy is hereby formulated.
1. Scope of Return and Exchange
We accept return and exchange applications that meet the following conditions:
Returns and exchanges are only applicable to products purchased through the haiwosupply.com online platform.
Returns and exchanges are applicable to applications made within 14 days after receiving the product, and the product has not been used, damaged, or modified, and the original packaging and labels are kept.
If there is a quality problem or transportation damage to the product, we will refund the full amount or replace the product for you.
2. Return and Exchange Application Process
Please contact our customer service team by email ([email protected]) within 14 days after receiving the product, providing your order number, product photos and problem description. We will contact you within 7 working days after receiving the application and guide you on the subsequent return and exchange steps.
If you request a return, please ensure that the original packaging of the product is intact and there are no signs of use.
3. Return and Exchange Conditions
Product Quality Issues: If the product you received has obvious quality issues (such as damage, defects, color discrepancies, etc.), we will replace the product for free or provide a full refund.
The product is not damaged and unused: If you just changed your purchase decision or made a mistake and want to return or exchange the product, you need to bear the return shipping costs. The returned product must be in new condition and the return and exchange application must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the product.
4. Refund Processing
Once your return product meets our return and exchange policy and is confirmed, we will process a refund within 7 working days after receiving the returned product.
The refund will be refunded to your payment account or original payment method.
If the return is due to quality issues and the product is confirmed to be damaged, we will bear the return costs.
5. Inapplicable Returns and Exchanges
The following situations are not applicable for returns and exchanges:
The product has been used or damaged and cannot be resold;
The customer fails to apply for a return or exchange within the specified time;
The product cannot be delivered or returned due to the wrong address or information provided by the customer.
6. Transport Damage
If the product is damaged during transportation, please take a photo and send it to [email protected] immediately after receiving the product. We will provide you with a replacement or refund service after verification.
